Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute creative designs and video/animations materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, web banners, video ads etc
• Own brand consistency by meticulously crafting designs that reflect the company’s unique voice, style, and values
• Proactively seek fresh design solutions to elevate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project goals and objectives.
• Create storyboards, wireframes, and mockups to convey Enhance and retouch images as needed for various projects, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
• Oversee the preparation of print-ready materials, ensuring they meet industry standards and are ready for production.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design software, and tools, and implement best practices to continuously improve design processes and output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
• Welcome and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a HND/Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of work experience in branding and design.
• We desire candidates with relevant work experience in an advertising/digital agency. 
• Proficiency with editing design software packages and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, etc)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, and design principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design
• Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
