Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training sessions to learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe best practices and gain insights into effective sales methodologies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency banking network.
- Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and promote our products or services.
- onboard new agents to ensure a strong and capable network
- Actively engage in customer acquisition efforts to drive account openings and transactions through the agency network.
- Conduct outreach programs to attract new customers to agency banking services.
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure that all agents adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for agent transactions.
- Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction within the agency network.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to provide updates on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year experience.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
