Gender Manager
Role Description
- This is a part-time on-site role for a Gender Manager located in Kuje.
- The Gender Manager will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of gender-focused programs and initiatives.
- The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, monitoring project outcomes, and conducting research on gender-related issues.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Gender Studies, International Development, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in program design and implementation, with a focus on gender initiatives
- Experience in research on gender issues, as well as data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Experience working with partners and stakeholders to develop and implement gender-sensitive programs and initiatives
- Demonstrated understanding of issues related to gender equality and empowerment, as well as knowledge of relevant policies and frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages spoken in Nigeria is an asset
