Job Position: Front Desk Officer
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
- Manage Front desk operations, including Check-in, check-out, phone calls, emails and room assignments.
- Handle guest complaints and ressolve issues promptly
- Room readiness and coordination with housekeeping
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Liaising with maintenance staff to deal with issues within rooms and common areas as they arise
- Managing the booking system for future reservations.
Requirements
- Evidence of first Degree (Bachelor`s)
- Proven 3 years of experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Living within Lagos mainland is added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
