Job Description
Experience in call for tender preparation and the tender management process, negotiation of contractual terms and conditions for EPCIC forms, quantity surveying, estimating, cost/ budget control, execution phase contract administration and claims management and contract close out procedures.
- Tender management process and due diligence compliance procedures for EPCIC packages, covering both on and offshore brown and green field development projects.
- Post award contract management and administration.
- Contractor/ Client interfaces and correspondence.
- Claims defence and settlement.
- Amendment / Change Order negotiation and preparation.
- Final account preparation.
- Contract close out and warranty/ insurance claims.
- In house development of company procedures for cost and contract approvals process and compliance.
Requirement:
- Over 10 years’ experience of contract and construction management for the delivery of oil and gas projects.
