Job Description

• You will be responsible for promoting the image, product, and service of the company.
• You will create windows and in-store displays of goods for the fashion store.
• The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into customers, drive branding to have sales targets met, and maximize profitability.

Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree/ HND.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in retail stores as a merchandiser.
• Good knowledge of electrical appliances is an added advantage.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, develop and update job descriptions 
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and other variety of search methods.
• Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with 0 – 1 year of work experience in HR and willingness to learn. 
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word.
