Description

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Reliance Health’s relationship with corporate clients by ensuring the highest levels of positive customer experience. The role is also responsible for ensuring strong customer retention and the resolution of all client’s administrative issues.

  • Act as a primary contact person to key contacts in client companies to ensure their needs are adequately served and resolve any issues they might have
  • Assist corporate clients in onboarding and navigating our system and the healthcare system in general
  • Anticipate issues and needs of corporate clients and intervene early to ensure they do not occur
  • Conceptualize and execute additional initiatives including but not limited to corporate events, wellness checks, etc that will lead to a better experience for corporate clients
  • Ensure retention of corporate clients and the potential expansion of their value by providing additional value-added services
  • Regularly obtaining feedback on our services from corporate clients and act on said feedback accordingly

Skills Required:

  • Must be based in Port Harcourt
  • B.Sc./HND degree
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various individuals
  • Strong interest in developing a career in a client-focused role
  • Sales/Customer Success/Client Relations experience are added advantages

Description

  • The role sits in our clinical team to provide excellent medical care to our patients virtually.
  • The role holder ideally will be an individual comfortable with providing adequate and delightful care to patients of all ages, and at all levels of health literacy and has an interest in driving ongoing innovations in improving primary care delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum: MBBS, MBChB, or its equivalent.
  • Fully registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria with a valid Licence
  • 1-3 years post-graduation from medical school, preferably a Medical Officer
  • Have access to a mobile device (Android or IOS) and stable internet.
  • Adept in the use of common mobile applications
  • Demonstrated evidence of independently attending to common primary healthcare conditions
  • Ability to fluently communicate in English.
  • Can commit to being online and is readily available to pick up consultations as they are requested on the platform.
  • Effective communicator, problem-solver, and logical thinker
  • Exhibits courteousness, empathy, enthusiasm, and team spirit.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality
