Responsibilities:
- IT Intern Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
- Organize and maintain IT resources.
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management.
Requirements
- HND/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems major
- Familiar with Java, .NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Planification & deployment of e-fulfillment centers depending on size of business
- Contribute to tech improvements to increase efficiency in operations
- Cost-efficiency of packaging & productivity
- Standardise layouts of aftersales department
- Standardise layouts of inbound, outbound and inventory departments
- Inventory management vs commercial growth strategy
