Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Accountant at ENIKKOM Construction Limited, located in Warri.
- The Project Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- They will work closely with project teams to ensure financial control and compliance, as well as provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project accounting principles and practices
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus
- Experience in the construction or oil and gas industry or would be beneficial.
