Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Accountant at ENIKKOM Construction Limited, located in Warri.
  • The Project Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • They will work closely with project teams to ensure financial control and compliance, as well as provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus
  • Experience in the construction or oil and gas industry or would be beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
