Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide support in process engineering activity and act as process focal point for projects, developing process scope, planning, coordinating, and executing required deliverables to industry standard and quality.
- Provide Process Design for Conceptual, Front-End, and detailed Engineering activities including developing and analyzing process and hydraulic simulations, design calculations, process optimization, sizing & specification of equipment.
- Prepare and review various Process Engineering Drawings and documents such as Process Flow diagrams, P&I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specification etc.
- Carry out Conceptual studies and Process feasibility studies for a variety of surface oil and gas process facilities to support the production forecast provided by the sub-surface team and accordingly prepare the concept selection report.
- Champion invitation to tender reviews and preparation of responses in line with the form of tenders, and project schedules and participate in the commercial evaluation of projects (CTRs).
- Producing and presenting project reports to clients with the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain beneficial and positive relationships with Clients’ interfaces, government regulations, and consultants
- Collaborating with integrated team members for project execution.
- Work on new ventures in emerging areas.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced subsurface and support staff as required
- Any other task as assigned by the Head of Department/Management.
- Maintains basic data sheets, supplier drawings, and P&lDs
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering or other relevant Engineering Degree.
- A Master’s degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in the use of workstation-based engineering software
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering design of oil and gas facilities.
- Ability to prepare responses to ITTs, CTRs, work schedules, and comprehensive engineering designs to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of Management, Clients, and Consultants.
- Result-oriented and committed to company goals.
- Highly flexible – ability to adapt to new project challenges and work practices
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Moderate HYSYS and/or PIPEPHASE simulation skills
- Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID), Process Flow Diagram and Safety Analysis Function Evaluation charts.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Seismic Interpretation, characterization, and mapping of faults at reservoir levels.
- Generating and utilizing seismic attributes for better characterization of fractures, faults, and other structural, stratigraphic, and sedimentary features.
- Interpret geophysical and geological data, use geologic concepts, and integrate information from a variety of geologic disciplines to develop leads, locate new exploration targets, estimate volumes, and recommend drillable prospects.
- Integrate geological, petrophysical, and geophysical data to generate static models for input into reservoir simulation, reserves estimation, and field development planning.
- Implementing new technologies in geological modelling.

Requirements:
- BSc in Geology or Geophysics
- A Master’s Degree in Geosciences is an added advantage.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Must be familiar with development geology work processes and can integrate seismic, well and production data to evaluate reservoirs
- Demonstrable technical expertise, in particular, significant experience in seismic interpretation, development of structural and stratigraphic models using well and seismic data, and integration with reservoir information.
- Proficient in the use of workstation-based software (Petrel is preferred).
- Ability to prepare responses to ITTs, CTRs, and work schedules, and meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Designated team player who can collaborate with other team members and proffer solutions.
- Self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly flexible – ability to adapt to new project challenges and work practices
- Understanding of the key process comprising the upstream value chain including leasing, prospect generation and maturation, exploratory drilling, delineation, and production processes (is an advantage).
- General knowledge of project management concepts (is an advantage).
