Job Summary

Waziri is recruiting for the post of Field Marketing Sales Agent for our offline e-commerce products. The candidate must be a fast learner, possess the ability to multi-task and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. FMCG experienced person is needed

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.
• Generate leads by visiting the marketplace to converse with potential customers
• Attend meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of OND in any discipline
• 3 years of experience is required in FMCG
• 3 years as a Field Sales representative
• Candidate must be a smart and fast learner
• Good customer relations skills
