Role KRAs/ Key Deliverables:

• Conduct regular audits of field sales and marketing activities to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, product placements, and sales strategies in driving revenue and market share.
• Monitor inventory levels, distribution channels, and product availability to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Perform trade and consumer price audits to ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness in the market.
• Assess product quality through inspections, sampling, and testing, and collaborate with relevant departments to address any quality-related issues.
• Verify GTM (Go-To-Market) compliance by examining adherence to brand guidelines, merchandising standards, and promotional requirements.
• Analyze competitor activities, market trends, SWOT analysis and consumer preferences, and make recommendations enhancing competitive advantage.
• Compile and analyze audit data, generate reports, and present actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to product quality, pricing discrepancies, and customer feedback in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor gains, regulatory changes, and consumer insights impacting the FMCG sector to inform audit processes.

Education Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience Required :  

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Auditing roles in FMCG industry
