Job Overview: 

• The Fertility/IVF Nurse will play a crucial role in the patient care team, providing specialized nursing care to individuals undergoing fertility treatments and assisted reproductive technologies.
• The successful candidate will work closely with our team of reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
• Administer medications, injections, and other prescribed treatments as per the fertility treatment protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients’ responses to fertility treatments and provide timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients on fertility medications, treatment procedures, and self-administration techniques.
• Coordinate and assist in fertility-related procedures, such as egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families throughout the fertility treatment process.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fertility/IVF Nurse.
• Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing (CREI) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fertility medications, protocols, and assisted reproductive technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
