- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Train and motivate the team members to deliver prompt actions.
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
- Develop strategies for improving our customers dining experience
- Move throughout the kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
- Judge appearance and taste of products and also check preparation method to determine quality.
- Give guidance towards improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
- Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Oversee our kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements.
- Ensuring checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer orders and prompt deliver.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or B. Sc qualification with 5-10 years of work experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.Method of Application
