Factory Accountant
Responsibilitie
- Prepare and maintain financial records for the factory operations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the factory
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the factory
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
- Assist in inventory management and control
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- ICAN certification (In view) is required
- 1-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
