Facility Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Manage budget for maintenance, repairs, and vehicle maintenance
- Optimize space use and ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Implement security measures and emergency protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for facility services and vehicle repairs
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives
- Serve as a liaison for stakeholder communication
- Manage company vehicle maintenance and ensure safety
Requirements and skills
- minimum of 1- 2 years experience in similar role
- Great attention to detail
- good Excel and email communication skills
