Role Description

• The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of buildings, facilities, or campuses. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lekki.
• The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for managing and supervising facility maintenance and operations, overseeing facility renovation and construction projects and budgeting, maintaining relationships with tenants and vendors, and developing and executing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Professional certification in facilities management (e.g. CFM) is a plus
• Experience in facilities management, construction project management, or related field
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial planning
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
