- As an Executive Assistant at FHEMFEL Homes, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director (MD).
- You will play a key role in managing the MD’s calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain confidential files and records.
- Support executives in planning and executing projects, including coordinating teams, tracking deadlines, and ensuring project goals are met.
- Organize meetings and conferences, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized, including managing office supplies and liaising with service providers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Skill:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary
