Executive Assistant
Job Description
- The Executive Assistant to the Group CEO will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of theleadership and ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed flawlessly.
- This position requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and an exceptional ability to solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO, providing critical input on business strategy and operational effciency.
- Facilitate the seamless flow of information between the Group CEO and other key executives, ensuring transparency and coordination across the organisation.
- Manage strategic initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organisational procedures for optimised eciency and productivity.
- Organise and prioritise critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate ecient decision making.
- Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to the Group CEO and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the Group CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, and planning.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office of the Group CEO, ensuring all administrative and operational functions are performed effciently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Law / Management, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a business management or administrative role, preferably within a multi-sectoral holding company.
- At least 1 year cognate experience with Data Analysis and Project Management is also required
- Strong understanding of business functions, corporate strategies, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional ability to communicate eectively in both written and verbal forms at all levels of an organisation.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board Members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, and clients.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organisation skills.
- Discretion with personal and condential information.
