- Conduct tenant screenings and background checks to ensure responsible and qualified occupants.
- Prepare and process lease agreements ensuring adherence to legal regulations and company standards.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new tenants, providing them with necessary information and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective property management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to tenant management and property maintenance in Nigeria.
