Job Description

• Carries responsibility for the profitability, development and expansion of RayaShopng.com in Nigeria
• Managing and motivating Raya Shop team to increase sales and ensure efficiency while ensuring standards for quality and customer service in Nigeria.
• Meet with vendors and distributors to ensure that Rayashopng.com is getting the best offers in the Nigerian market and branding agreements.
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future E-Commerce sales volumes to maximize profits.
• Work with the team to Design and execute Digital marketing programs to acquire new customers through digital channels.
• Work with Various Types of Digital Advertising (Social Media – Google Search – Google Display– Remarketing – Affiliate Marketing) to maximize visitor numbers in Nigeria.
• Analyse customer behaviours and trends to facilitate planning
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing
• Initiating different tactics to adapt to any changes in the market for example launching new projects, learning about new trends and online strategic directions
• Supervises the analysis of profit margins to ensure the profitability of all products in Nigeria.
• Ensuring a positive customer journey starting from order request to delivery.
• Analyses operational reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions
• Prepare the annual budget, anticipated sales, expenses, and inventories; review financial statements and reports for Raya Shop Nigeria.
• Carries responsibility for setting Raya shop team monthly and quarterly objectives
• Performs other related duties

Requirements

• Awareness of the internet business in Nigeria, E-commerce, Mobile Apps, Added Value Services, Start-ups, etc.
• Very good knowledge of forecasting demand
• Very good knowledge of pricing
• Advanced Knowledge of Email Marketing Techniques, and previous experience in using email web-gates
• Deep Understanding of Online Conversion Planning.
• General awareness of the E-commerce Market in Nigeria
• Knowledge of one of the well-known E-commerce Systems
• Background in the Internet industry (Digital Marketing Experience E-commerce Experience and Development Project Management Experience. 
• University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent command of the English language.
