ROLE OVERVIEW:

• The Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery and collection of official documents, materials, packages, and bulky items as required.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made promptly and safely, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must observe all HSE driving related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle.
• Responsible for updating the Drivers Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
• Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Must ensure that the Car is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of assigned motorcycle and must properly lock motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended to.
• Ability to read, write and commucate effectively in English Language.
• Must reside around Ajao Estate, Mafoluku, Ejigbo, Oshodi and Isolo and Environs.
• Familiarity with relevant routes.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
• Polite and able to get along with people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure timely delivery of products and materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Conduct routine inspections of company motorcycles.
• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
• Be adaptable to changing delivery requirements and priorities.
• Handle and secure items properly during transit to prevent damage or loss.
