Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and report on financial transactions and performance.

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 – 4 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ICAN / ACCA qualification or part qualification is an added advantage.
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Ikeja or Sagamu, as applicable

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of hands-on experience in fleet management, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce industry.
- Proven experience managing fleets across multiple states or regions in Nigeria.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of transport regulations, compliance, and safety standards in Nigeria.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Transport Management or Logistics (an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience in cost-reduction strategies and fleet optimization
