Responsibilities:

• Model Development and Insight Generation: Analyzing data sets using modern AI/ML technologies, such as graph databases, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and LLMs.
• Collaboration and Ideation: Engaging in regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and our customers to understand business needs and translating them into actionable data science projects
• Coaching and Feedback: Reviewing the code and analysis of junior data scientists and data engineers and giving clear feedback that improves quality and productivity.
• Deploying modern AI/ML technologies to boost telecom customers’ revenue while innovating and launching new monetizable features that elevate our market presence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Data Science, IT, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a senior data science or AI/ML leadership position
• Extensive experiences working with one or more BI platforms, such as Tableau and Looker 
• Expertise in data engineering using SQL/Python
• Proficiency in SKLearn, Pandas, and data analytics platforms like Apache Spark or Databricks
• Experience in other programming stacks.
• Machine Learning, AI, and Optimization – especially experience in Dynamic Pricing or building prediction models considering (competing) market share and growth factors.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and Cloud platform– especially Big Query, GCP
• Proficiency in developing production quality pipelines to automate deployment.
