• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, completing orders, and following up with customers.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining our social media presence and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Order Management: Take orders, complete orders, and follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence, creating engaging content andresponding to comments..
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products, ingredients, and promotions, providing customers with accurate information.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
• Social Media: Proficient in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
