Crewing Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities
- Crew Activity planning and Confirmation.
- Apply National and International maritime regulation and flag requirements.
- Prepare Crew competence/matrix.
- Check record and update all Offshore personnel data/ Crew Personnel Files in compliance with regulations.
- Plan and organize crew changes (visas, travels and all logistics issues)
- Liaise with seafarers, vessels and affiliates.
- Identify training needs and contribute to the training plan building and implementation.
- Ensure that Offshore personnel of the vessels he/she is in charge are properly assessed both on performance and competences register records and use it for training, promotion.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- University Degree / Higher National Diploma in a Science or Social Science Discipline
- Added certifications in a function related course or discipline is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in CrewingÂ
