- We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Creator / Writer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and original content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and video channels.
- You must be able to communicate brand messages effectively, drive audience engagement, and help grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content:
- Create captivating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan and schedule engaging posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
- Develop and execute content calendars and campaign strategies.
Video & Visual Creation:
- Film and publish short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Work with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and branded materials.
Writing & Copy:
- Write captivating captions, blogs, scripts, product descriptions, and marketing content.
- Ensure all written materials align with the brand’s voice, tone, and audience preferences.
Research & Analytics:
- Stay on top of trending content, industry news, and social media algorithms.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and reach analytics.
- Conduct research on competitors and audience interests to inspire new ideas.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
- 2 – 5 years of experience of content creation experience across various platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing videos, social media posts, graphics, and/or written content.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamto meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content marketing strategy is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create aesthetic and brand-consistent content.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others during content shoots.
- Familiar with influencer collaborations and UGC (User-Generated Content) strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized under pressure.
