Community / Content Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, engagement, and responding to inquiries across platforms including group chats.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Flodesk, maintaining email lists, and optimizing performance.
- Maintain and update website content using platforms such as Wix or Squarespace, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
- Work closely with the content writer and graphics designer to develop content for social media, design flyers and emails.
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content for various platforms.
- Host engaging webinars to educate and interact with community members.
- Develop communication automation workflows to streamline processes.
- Engage with community members across platforms, fostering discussions and providing support.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Flodesk for email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with website platforms such as Wix or Squarespace.
- Comfortable being in front of a camera with strong public speaking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Hootsuite, ec)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
