Commissioning Manager
Qualification:
- Should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline
- Year of Experience in the Oil & Gas: 30 Years in the Oil & Gas Industry with a minimum of 20 Years experience on LNG Technologies
- Year of Experience in the selected position: Minimum of 15 Years experience as Commissioning Manager and at least 5 Project Experiences
- Advanced level of speaking & writing: English
Technical skills:
- Work in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client.
- Technical knowledge of LNG Plant start-up preparation, start-up and operation activities.
- Knowledge of internal engineering systems and tools.
- Understanding of Flow Measurement, Engineering practices, design methods & calculations.
- Knowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background.
- Aquire Oil and Gas Industry Safety Standards and requirements.
- Capable to Read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information.
- Proven technical knowledge with the sequences and activities of preparation for commissioning, start-up and operation of the following Units:
- Inlet Facilities and Gas Treatment Units
- Condensate Handling/Stabilization Unit
- Liquefication Unit licensed by APCI (PR/MR configuration)
- AGRU licensed by TOTAL
- Gas Dehydration and MRU Section
- Offsite and Utilities section including Power Generation Unit
- LNG Plant’s Auxiliary Systems (Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Water Treatment, Potable & Demi Water, Flare, Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, etc.)
