Collection Agents – Apply

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Agents to join our team.
• As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers and ensuring that payments are made on time.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely payments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
• Meet and exceed monthly collection targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Little to no experience in collections or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
