 Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress through various methods, including tests, quizzes, projects, and observations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavior.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and respect for diversity.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
• Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.
