Chief Operating Officer
Position Overview:
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.
- The COO will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental hospital, ensuring efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the dental hospital, including patient services, clinical operations, and support functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication across different departments.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and cost optimization.
Quality Assurance:
- Establisg and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality of patient care, operational efficiency, and overall hospital performance.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of healthcare delivery.
Financial Management:
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage the hospital budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation.
- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising the quality of patient care.
Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and licensing requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or dental healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, strategic planning, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
