Responsibilities

• Perform chemical analysis and physical property testing of materials and products.
• Research, design, and develop new production processes.
• Coordinate and perform tests.
• Analyze data to develop conclusions.
• Communicate results of analysis and research.
• Following Production Plan and Following Dispatch Schedule.
• To ensure raw material consumption as per consumption norms or as per Recipe
• To ensure safety on the shop floor through safe practices and procedures Follow the workplace discipline. 
• To work on people development through on-the-job training/ coaching
• Minimizing the water wastage to 5 %
• Improvement on Quality and Process.
• De-bottle necking areas identifying.
• Batch Recording and maintaining BCT.
• WIP calculation

Qualifications

• 1-5 years working experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering 
• Solid written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work well within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
• Administration skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
