Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes and pastries with precision and creativity.
- Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to main smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory
- Uphold sanitation and safety
- Must be able to prepare local, continental and intercontinental dishes.
Requirements
- Culinary Degree or equivalent certification
- Proven experience as a Chef in food court, restaurant, hotel or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to prepare local, continental and intercontinental dishes.
