Responsibilities

• Planning, designing and managing audit engagement in line with ISA
• Direct team of IT audit staff to monitor clients computer network for possible mismanagement, fraud and inefficiency.
• Ensure that IT audit practices comply with clients procedures and government regulations.
• Evaluate IT accounting practices by recommmending improvements in processing capability, user interface and security designs for clients.
• Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Train Caseware/other software users on new reports and dashboards.

Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field. Related and relevant certifications will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in working with CaseWare software, including but not limited to
• CaseWare Working Papers, IDEA, and other related tools.
• Leadership, Analytical and Communication Skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, with a Focus on
• CaseWare implementation and management.
