Job Details
- Responsible for inward and outward stock of all material FG & RM both.
- Make all necessary documentation for the inward RM or FG in case of
- Trading Material and update stock.
- Raise the waybill for all outward material and update stock.
- Inventory management including storage and arrangement of stock properly
- Coordinate with all Accounts for all documentation regarding inward and outward materials
- Responsible for delivery of goods to the customer place and getting the acknowledgment copy with daily update share to Head of Customer Service and Accounts
- Stock reconciliation every month end and tally with financial stock system.
- Coordinate with Head of Purchase for all reorder qty for RM and Trading qty
- To do the analysis of cost of delivery on a monthly basis vs the invoice amount.
- Preference will be given to the person already worked on Navision software
