Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive event management strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive constant improvement and growth.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand the company’s event portfolio and revenue streams.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, including concept development, venue selection, budgeting, marketing, and logistics.
- Collaborate with clients to clearly understand their requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes for each event.
- Ensure effective project management throughout the event lifecycle, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Supervise event teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in event management.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of event professionals. Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure their professional growth and success.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Monitor and track all event-related expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to key stakeholders on event profitability, ROI, and budget adherence.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell event services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, including proven experience in planning and executing large-scale and high-profile events.
- Strong knowledge of event industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Oversee the end-to-end production process for all events, from pre-production planning to post-event evaluations.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand event requirements and develop appropriate production plans.
- Ensure seamless execution of event logistics, including venue selection, staging and lighting, audiovisual equipment, décor, and production timelines.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, and monitor expenses to deliver events within budget.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production professionals, including event producers, coordinators, technicians, and other support staff.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor the team’s performance to ensure high-quality event delivery.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

- Adhere to regulatory and safety standards, ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained as required.
