Overview:

Provides general supervison of the Spar department with focus of promoting relaxation, and overall well-being. To supervise variety of spar treatments, such as massages, body treatments, facials, and other holistic therapists, to enhance clients’physdical and mental well-being. To create a serene and rejuvenate environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the spa experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Spa
• Create a weekly staff schedule
• Hire and train employees with HR support
• Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
• Fill any non-specialized roles with HR support when employees are absent
• Ensure the organization complies with all employment laws and safety regulations
• Technical Competencies:
• Ability to deliver range of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, facials, and other therapeutic techniques with tailored treatment to meet individual needs and prefernces of clients, providing a calming and enjoyable environment.
• Ability to consult with clients, prior to each treatment, to understand their specific concerns, preferences, and any relevant health conditions while conducting brief assessments to ensure the selected treatments are safe and suitable for the client’s well-being.
• Ability to focus on creating a smooth and serene environment that promotes relaxation and stress reduction .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Previous experience in role is required
• Great interpersonal skills
• Good Social media skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Cosmetology or other spa-related experience is a plus
• People Management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Time Management Skills

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 300,000
