Business Growth Manager
Our school is looking to recruit a Business Growth Manager.
He/She will play a key role in the achievement of our portfolio diversification agenda. The incumbent will be responsible for driving value for the school through profitable management of the Retail/Enterprise department.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations Management
- Day-to-day management of the retail business operation.
- Ensuring proper retail management – sourcing, buying, selling and reporting functions.
- Setting pricing and profit margin using competitive benchmark framework
- Managing the activities of the retail shop executives
Business Development
- Driving growth by sourcing external clients for all the retail categories/items
- Driving growth by Innovating and initiating new products and services
- Managing supply and logistics of delivering orders and other services to clients
Partnerships:
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners, retailers, distributors, and other businesses to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and agreements that benefit both the company and the clients.
Financial Planning:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue streams, expenses, and investment requirements with the Accounts personnel.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess/track performance, profitability, and viability of various business initiatives, with the Accounts personnel.
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Business Management, or any other social management course
- Have experience in business development, client service management, retail management.
- Highly familiar with the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have experience buy and selling a diverse range of products and services.
- Must be entrepreneurial and can work with minimal supervision.
- Must have minimum of 5 years working experience post NYSC.
- Preferably a female
