- FFP equips young fashion entrepreneurs, especially women, with the skills and resources needed to excel in garment, footwear, and leatherwork industries.
- The program fosters local production through training, mentorship, and market access.
Role Overview
- The BDSP Officer will provide business development support to MSMEs in the fashion cluster. They will drive growth strategies, facilitate market access, and connect businesses with financial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for MSMEs.
- Identify market access opportunities and expansion areas.
- Build relationships with MSMEs, service providers, and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate partnerships and support MSMEs in sales, networking, and lead generation.
- Track business development activities and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, market access, or financial inclusion (Consulting or banking background preferred).
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly. (No relocation fee).Method of Application
