Business Advisory Manager
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible to guide and advise our clients through a wide range of processes related to business planning, operational evaluations and assessments, and major decision making. He/She will help our clients to identify opportunities to increase revenue or improve efficiency.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the firm’s third-party product and advisory solution line up
- Draft financial due diligence and related reports for clients
- Manage corporate and business unit-related technical accounting matters and related business processes
- Oversee field development through a variety of training programs, including written communications, web-based seminars, and regional/agency meetings
- Participate in industry and community networking events to expand professional connections
- Manage the risk identification process and evaluation and testing of business processes and related controls
- Maintain strong client relations and cross-sell services within the assigned group of clients
- Develop and present complex accounting matters/ conclusions to company management
- Manage and prepare data requests as well as tracking of key issues identified during the deal process
- Contribute and support new ideas on internal processes and client engagements
- Liaise with external auditors on complex business development transactions, provide quarterly updates and achieve alignment on accounting
- Proactively engage with clients to interpret usage data to develop benchmarks and recommend modifications of system usage to clients as appropriate
- Think strategically about practice enhancements and implement and manage change
- Use established network of business relationships within industry groups to generate new sales opportunities
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals
- Turn vision into action and provide continuous guidance on execution and implementation

Qualification and Experience Required:
- First Degree in any social sciences
- MBA / MSC is mandatory
- Professional Qualified from recognized bodies
- 10 years and above hands-on experience
- Working experience in a consulting firm is an advantage
