Job Description 

• We are looking for a Brand Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to build and promote the company’s brand.
• The candidate will oversee various activities including marketing, advertising, and product development, creating and executing brand strategies, conducting market research, and managing brand assets to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
• The goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Additionally, the Brand Manager will work closely with our clients to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all channels.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Define and communicate the unique value proposition and positioning of the brand in the market.
• Plan and execute product launches, ensuring they align with the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field’
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking to generate innovative ideas for brand campaigns, visual elements, and messaging
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, and content marketing.
• Experience with social media management
• Experience working with SMEs is a plus.
