• Understanding the curriculum and developing schedules, lesson plans, and teaching methods that will help students cover the required content
• Managing the classroom and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment
• Setting up tests, assignments, experiments, and grading students
• Keeping meticulous records of student attendance, participation, homework, laboratory work, tests, and examination scores.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.            
• Stay abreast of educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching techniques.
• Grading student performance and providing feedback and guidance.
• Educating students about laboratory safety and ensuring that all experiments are conducted safely

Requirements:

• B.Sc. /B.Sc. Ed/ PGDE in Biochemistry
• Knowledge of teaching styles recommended
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
