BASELINE/NEEDS ASSESSMENT CONSULTANCY
The Association for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities of Nigeria (AIDDN) is in the process of sourcing proposals for a Consultant to conduct a Baseline/Needs assessment, resource mapping, and context analysis of Persons with IDD support status in Lagos State and the FCT. (Identification of Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and other Disabilities).
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
The consultant will be expected to achieve the following objectives:
- Develop a detailed concept note outlining baseline activities and tools to be used in the implementation of the baseline/needs assessment, resource mapping, and context analysis.
- Conduct a Baseline/Needs assessment to understand the support status of Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and their Parents/Carers in Lagos State and the FCT.
- Analyse Baseline/Needs assessment data to assess readiness and capacity for implementing the Actions4Change Project.
- Evaluate Baseline/Needs assessment data to identify training needs and gaps in developing and delivering support for Persons with IDD and their Parents/Carers.
Prices quoted should be expressed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and shall remain valid for a period of 30 days from the closing date of the tender.
