Job Description:

As a Bartender at Lush Lounge, you will be at the heart of our hospitality, creating memorable moments through expertly crafted beverages and engaging customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Mixology:

   • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
   • Showcase creativity by developing and presenting signature drinks.
   • Ensure accurate measurements and consistent drink quality.

2. Customer Service:

   • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar.
   • Engage with customers, take drink orders, and make personalized recommendations.
   • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

3. Bar Maintenance:

   • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
   • Monitor and replenish bar supplies, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
   • Adhere to health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.

4. Team Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:
