Job Summary
- produce sketches for designs and decorations to show customers.
- give estimates for costs and time.
- bake cakes to order.
- Decorate cake with buttercream ,chocolate, fondant,whipped cream,meringue and messages.
- wrap finished cakes ready for delivery.
- clean work areas and equipment.
