Associate Product Manager
About the Role
The Product Manager will report to the Head of Product with dotted reporting lines to the Chief Technology Officer.
The main duties and responsibilities of the Product Manager shall include:
- Synthesising market needs into product requirements and driving alignment with leadership on prioritisation for the roadmap.
- Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Working with large data sets, automate data extraction, and build monitoring/reporting dashboard · Writing high quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data.
- Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward- looking opportunities
- Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
- Enabling customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
- Owning and managing the product backlog including mitigating risk, prioritising effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Enabling highest leverage work for yourself and others
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical, Data Analytics or Consulting
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Ability writing product documents (PRDs, FRDs, etc. )
- Data-driven mindset and approach to decision making and gaining actionable insights
- Proven ability to complete projects on time, on budget, and to scope defined
- Experience running large projects using software development tracking tools (e.g. Notion)
- Experience with data analytics platforms (Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
