Applications for Pre‐Qualification
We are currently engaging new vendors to be pre-qualified on suppliers’ data base providing REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE SERVICES. Interested eligible vendors are invited to apply for prequalification, indicating their interest.
PRINTER AND LAPTOPS REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE
Pre‐qualification will be based on meeting the minimum criteria regarding the applicant’s legal status (registration, demonstrate tax compliance, etc.), experience, personnel and financial position as demonstrated by their responses where applicable accordingly
Method of Application
You should submit a detailed proposal/profile indicating your interest to be prequalified under the lot required, on or before 14th March 2024 (04:00pm Maiduguri Time). Envelopes must be clearly marked “Application for Vendor Pre‐qualification”.

Potential vendors must fill in their details in the Pre-qualification register at the submission point before depositing their application.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ON COMPANY LETTER HEAD MUST BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE APPLICATION.
AREA/LOCATION OF INTEREST MUST BE CLEARLY STATED. LOCATION OF INTEREST CAN BE MORE THAN ONE WITH A DISTINCT PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR EACH LOCATION
