- A reputable company is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage and supervise financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and be proficient in QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Use QuickBooks for daily accounting and financial entries
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports
- File VAT returns and prepare VAT schedules
- File audited annual accounts for Company Income Tax
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and reporting standards
- Supervise junior accounting staff and oversee daily finance operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of VAT and annual tax filings
- Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports
- Supervisory experience is required
- Must live on the Island (easily accessible to Ikoyi, Lekki, or Ajah)
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
Salary
