The qualified and ideal candidate MUST reside within Festac- Okota, area of Lagos and must not have any health related issues and must also be ready to resume immediately.

and qualities of the appropriate person are but not limited to :

• Must have basic knowledge of bar operations menu and pricelist
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work and stand for long hours.
•  Must have strong hotel etiquette and in ushering customers to their tables.
• Ideal candidate will present menu and provided detailed information about menu when asked.
• The person shall prepares table by setting up linens,silverware and glasses.
• The ideal person should be able to inform customer about the days special offer menu, recommendations upon request.
• The ideal person shall be responsible for checking dishes and kitchenwares,for cleansing, presentation and report any problem
• The person shall carry any dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
• The ideal candidate must be able to upsell additional products when appropriate and take accurate food and drinks orders and must be able to follow all relevant health and safety regulations.
